EZ publish object Oriented approch make it easy to built multi sites over a common content . Each site could draw it's content from a different database while sharing the same look and feel, alternativaly, each site could have it's own look and feel while sharing the same content database.
Multi-language support
eZ publish come with a built in multi language support system. Each content object can be fully translated to any of the authorized languages.
- Edit permissions and workflow events can be configured on a per language basis.
- Content classes can be defined as 'Available by default' that means that if no translated content is available in the requested language, then the display will fall back on available languages.
- Multi lingual friendly URLs will be supported from version 3.10
Webdav support
EZ publish come with a built in webdav support. It does not required any install software on the client side and is using the same permission system as the http interface
